Soft Home Inspection
The Soft Home Inspection that includes a basic walk-thru looking for more obvious issues that are important to the client. Don't let the term "walk-thru" let you think I just move thru quickly. I pay attention making notes of what I see. I am here to help you know what is going on with your property. Pictures will be taken, and an opinion written up giving the final thoughts about the property. Should you, the client, then want a full inspection, the Soft Home Inspection fee will be waived and you will be charged for a Full Home Inspection.
The price of a Soft Inspection is 20% of the Full Home Inspection price.
Ex: 2500 sq/ft is $350 for full inspection. $350 x .20 = $70 for screening.
Home Maintenance Inspections are a very important part of taking care of your home. For under $100, I will go through your home looking for issues that may be occurring. Once found, the issue can be addressed before it gets out of hand. For homes under 2,500 sq/ft fee is $60, 2501 - 3,500 sq/ft fee is $75. For over 3,500 sq/ft call for fee.
